Leila's POV.

To my utter disappointment, I didn't see him in the hall but I could tell that he is close.

I kept staring at the door so that I may not miss him when he gets in.

"What is she looking at?" I heard Marcus ask but I was so occupied to look at him and answer since I was afraid that any moment I remove my eyes from the door, he might escape.

"The door," Aurora asked.

"Don't tell me that you aren't her mate? She is sensing her mate at the door and that's why she is looking at door's direction," Elana explained.

"Yeah, I also wonder who is the lycan who is her mate," Aurora said.

We the sound of glass been tapping with a spoon interrupted my thoughts.

"Sit down already, dad hates people standing when addressing something, Aurora said as she grabbed my hand and pulled me to the vacant sit next to her.

"Good evening..." The king trailed but his eyes fell on our table and gave Aurora a question eyes.

We turned to her and saw her giving her father an innocent smile making us chuckl
