Chapter 22

Alan was strolling down the hallway. He couldn't remember the last time he strolled like this. It was recharging. He inhaled the sweet smell of flowers which the air blew his way.

He suddenly halted. He didn't know why, but Reyna just came to his mind. Ever since he announced her as Luna, he hasn't had a proper conversation with her. He thought it was best to do so since he was passing by her chambers.

He walked in hurried footsteps to get chambers. Even if it was for a brief moment, he has to speak with her to know the nature of things here.

When he arrived at her chambers, he was surprised to see Simon there with Reyna. He wondered what the discussion entailed. He didn't notice anything suspicious, so he assumed it must be a discussion between the Beta and Luna.
