ADRIAN'S POV

I had been searching for Zero for hours, scouring every inch of the territory, but there was no trace of her. It was like she had vanished into thin air.

I was starting to lose hope, feeling like I had failed not only my pack but also myself.

With a heavy heart, I decided to seek out Alpha Ambrose. I knew he was going to insult me and say hurtful words to me but maybe he could offer some guidance, some words of wisdom that could help me find Zero.

So I made my way to his room, hoping that he was alone and willing to listen.
