Chapter Thirteen

Ambush:

“I don't think he has much longer.” Laura shouted to Mason in the front seat.

The side was crushed in and he could barely move in the front seat. He pushed the seat back trying to give himself room. The only way he could think of getting out was through the windshield. He leaned the seat back, placing his feet against the windshield. He pulled on his wolf for strength. He drew his knees up to his chest and then slammed up into the windshield. It didn't budge. His eyes glowed as he drew more strength. He repeated it again, this time a crack surfaced. He shut his eyes and drew back. He let out a loud growl as he slammed into the windshield again. The glass crystalized across the windshield. He sat forward getting up and kneeling on the seat to get closer to the windshield. He pressed into pushing the glass forwarded. The glass fell forward onto the hood of the SUV breaking into pieces. A rush of excitement went through him as he pulled himself through the windshield. The glass
