I watched as Elora escaped into the forest in her wolf form with her brother on her back.

I wish I could chase them but I couldn't. They were already out of the boundary of the pack.

Chasing after them was trespassing into the boundary of another pack. If we were caught it would be a declaration of war. Something I find unnecessary.

Making the pack declare war on another because of some unworthy maids who escaped from the pack was nonsense.

It was either they were caught by the pack or I caught them. I was sure they were going to take Andrew, Elora's only brother who I shot to the hospital cause there was no way he would survive the wolfsbane and the poison mixed with the bullets.

Though Elora had killed a guard right before she escaped. I was sure she would come back right into my hands once she went to the hospital. Then I would make her feel what despair is.
