I had gotten ready to be involved in the fight not because I was thinking of fighting the black wolf head-on. But because I knew it might come back for vengeance as I had trashed it the most before it took the pill.

"What are we going to do if it comes looking for revenge?" I mind-linked my wolf.

"We fight back." My wolf grinned through the mind link.

"What the hell do you think you're saying? How can we fight back against that thing? Can't you see it's a lot bigger, faster and stronger than us," I replied.

"As if I care, " My wolf replied, rolling its eyes at me.

I ignored it and focused on the fight going on between the black, white, and brown wolves.

The brown and white wolves even though they teamed up together were at disadvantage. The black wolf was a lot stronger than I thought.
