I went back to Eric who was looking at me while breathing heavily.

There were now fourteen of the men left. They had yet to recover from the shock of me killing nine of them so quickly.

I didn't know where the leader went but I sensed I had to finish them off as fast as I could so we would be able to leave before he called for reinforcement.

I looked at the men and disappeared once again. Getting to the nearest one slit his throat.

My moves were simple but ruthless. Getting to the second one I did the same and he fell to the ground with a thud.

The others had already recovered by the time I killed another two out of them.

Immediately they started shooting randomly at me.

I managed to kill another two before taking Eric and disappearing into the bushes.

I hid behind a tall bush and looked at Eric. Though his breathing was still rapid he was able to control his bloodlust and his red eyes had already reverted to normal.
