Chapter Fifty-Three

A coven connection.

“Fine, tell the guards to show her to Alpha’s office.” Lance commands.

“Did you want me to come?” Mav asks, looking between Lance and I. Waiting for either of us to answer. This is the first time I actually felt like the Alpha Luna by Lance’s side.

“No, you stay with Colette. We will only be down the hallway if we need you.” I smile as Lance takes my hand and leads me to the door.

As the door closes he wraps his arms around my back, resting his hand on my hip.

“Use the mind-link with me at any time you feel uncomfortable.” He orders.

“I’m sure I’ll be fine, but yes I will if I need to.”

We enter the alpha office, turning the lights on and Lance fires up the computer. I walk to the window and look down at the training courtyard but turn swiftly when I see males showering in the outdoor showers.
