The atmosphere in the examination hall buzzed with anticipation, a palpable tension that hung in the air, felt with every breath. After the chaotic pre-examination ceremony, we were shepherded into the hall like a cautious herd of sheep, each step echoing the weight of our dreams and anxieties.

As I moved forward, I noticed Seraphina giving me a fierce glare. A subtle smirk played on my lips; it seemed her confidence was not as unshakable as she pretended.

I caught sight of Kristoff. Our eyes locked, and his lips moved in a way that conveyed a silent message. He mouthed, "Good luck," yet no voice emerged from his mouth. I responded indifferently and immediately saw a tinge of pain in his eyes.

At last, we arrived at the room where the initial phase of my revenge would unfold—the examination room.

The door to the examination room creaked open, unveiling a space of bare simplicity. My eyes surveyed the necessities – a water pitcher, a chamber pot, bedding, and a lone pencil.
