I assured them that I won't fail them.

Fortunately for us he didn't go to his usual toilet that day.

After school we located a little girl whose mother loves wearing burka so much and begged her to steal two of her mother's black burka for us. I promised that I will return it.

The girl agreed and came that evening and gave the burka to me.

It was the long type that gets to cover the knees perfectly.

I put it in my school bag so that I can take it to school. If the boys wouldn't come then I will do it myself.

The following day. The boys still didn't come. A teacher has just left out class when our watchman arrived to inform us that he saw him heading into the bush.

This brought an excited buzz among us. We had prepared a brand new cutlass to use for the scaring and I could brandish it with ease.

I asked for a volunteer but nobody seemed keen to follow me.
