CHAPTER NINE

THOMAS ROBINSON’S POINT OF VIEW

“Looks like we are here.” I said to Celestia as we got to her place of work from our lunch date. She seemed really passionate of her work and a bit fearful of her supervisor. She did not want me handling that for her even though I did not like the way she was being treated by the said supervisor.

“Yes, thank you for the lunch, I enjoyed it.” She said in a hurry and made to alight from the car.

I held her back, “Hey, Miss Workaholic, would you not even give me a kiss before leaving?”

“Muah!” She gave me a brief kiss on the lips, that would have to do for the time bring I guessed.

She jumped out literally out of the car and in few seconds, she had disappeared into the company building.

I drove out and headed home. I had already sorted everything at the company before the date as I had hoped it could extend.

I soon got home and dismissed my security detail and they retired into their own quarter which is very close to mine.
