WILLIAMS’ FIRST PERSON POINT OF VIEW

I stayed in my hiding spot until they had all left. When I was sure they were gone, I got out then went further down in the street. There were abandoned houses all scattered around but I had not gotten to the one that fitted Sniper’s description. I saw some crowd of women and children in front of one but they all ran inside on seeing me then shut the door. I felt they must have been traumatized with the fight that would have ensued between Edward’s men and Sniper’s men. I did not bother finding out what scared them but headed to the building to give Sniper a piece of my mind as I could not understand how he could allow them find out their hideout not to talk of rescuing the hostage.

A car drove to the building as I got to the gate and knocked. I almost tried running off thinking it was some of Edward’s men who were back to finish off whatever it was they could not earlier. Only for Sniper to alight from the car. I removed my disguises and called o
