She was left alone in my room. She heard the main gate opening and closing. Which meant that Kayla and Damon's second in command Fred might've left.
How in the world they might leave from here? On foot? Because there were woods all around.
Damon has been behaving strangely since yesterday. He wasn't like this before. She shuddered recalling their closeness. His possessive touches. How could he be so blunt about wanting to kiss her.
Last night was a constant reminder in her head of how unrealistic everything was. Yet it was the truth.
She should've asked Kayla for help, to drop her home but it seemed Kayla also listens to her brother only.
