"I love you Angel. You're the first and last woman who will rule my heart." The sincerity in his voice was shone clearly and his eyes were having golden specks in them.

He said he loves her.

Did she hear him right? Or was she assuming things now.

Riley took in a sharp breath when his thumb caressed her bottom lip and the sparks flew.

"S...Sadie..." Riley trailed off not knowing what to say.

"She just wanted what she couldn't have. She saw how I looked at you and that didn't sit well with her. That's why she lied to you to keep you away from me and you believed her. You didn't ask me once if she was lying or not. You just straight on come to the conclusion that I played with your feelings but all this time I was genuine towards you." He said in a low voice as he stared at the wall ahead.

Something churned inside her stomach and she felt nauseated. What has she done? How could she be so stupid but then again everyone in her life has ever hurt
