Chapter Forty-One - The Kiss -

We surfaced not long after entering the water outside the cave. I dropped down carefully off Tommy's back and as I did I was pulled under the water again. I was about to freak out when I saw it was Ariel, she put a finger to her lips signalling me to be quiet then she pointed up slightly. I followed her finger to where it was pointing and sure enough something was there. I looked back at her in question on what it was and she shrugged. I was running out of air and I was feeling the need to bust out of the water and inhale as deep as I could but I tried to fight that feeling.

In a few moments Miles had gotten whatever , it was away from the spring and I stood so quickly I almost lost my footing and fell forward into the water again. I made so much noise I was kicking myself inwardly at that moment.

“It was a Migal princess, it's ok” Miles says as he returned.

“We need to go though, it isn’t safe outside the gates of the cave” Ariel says
