“But Tain, he will worry about your safety too if he is okay,” I told him but he shook his head before hugging him tightly.

“I really don’t want to leave him, mommy, I can protect him from any danger, I am trained.” He firmly told me.

I can’t make Tain leave his dad’s side no matter what I do. I decided to allow him to stay here to look after his dad while we defend the whole house from those vampires.

“Okay, but you have to make sure that if something happens, call out to me in the mind link or just scream,” I told him.

Tain looked like he was relieved before nodding, “Thank you, Mommy! I’ll make sure to protect Dad no matter what will happen!”

I gave him a small smile before kissing his forehead, “You also be careful mommy, you might forget that you are pregnant.”

What he said made me stop before chuckling, “Aw, thank you, Tain, for looking after each one of us.”
