CHAPTER FORTY

The countdown began and shortly after, the bulky man and Clyde had the tank's pipes fixed to their mouths. Much cheering and applause from around got them excited. The bartender was worried. She had witnessed Clyde consuming powerful content only for him to join a drinking contest. Either he was crazy or he really wanted to die from intoxication.

Clyde looked over at her, he was so unbothered. He winked at her and then proceeded to gulp his share of the beer. With what he has consumed before now, he should be unconscious, but no. There he was waving energetically as they got praises.

None of them was backing down, and his challenger's eyes were going wide with discomfort. He was becoming pale with every passing second. Clyde knew it was a matter of time before his opponent passed out. The feeling of coming out victorious excited him. He loved to conquer all things.
