Chapter 54

By the time they got back to the mansion, she was so tired that all she did was eat, take her medications, and turn in for the night. Her phone ringing woke her up the next morning, she knew it would be Rose on the other end of the phone, and answered without checking. She hasn’t spoken to Rose for three whole days now because she was trying to limit calling her so that she would not be suspicious of her constant calls which was unlike her.

“Baby, what are your plans for Christmas? Don’t tell me you are going to stay locked up all day in the laboratory, you better have plans to go out and have some fun and maybe get laid.”

Rose's voice echoed over the phone and Nora rolled her eyes, another reason she limited calling Rose was the crazy woman who wanted her to fuck any dude just to feel the touch of a man, too bad the only man she wanted to fuck right now was off-limit.

“Rose, I am not so desperate for a man’s touch, why would I spend my Christmas looking for a dick?”
