I was confused when I saw a dress given by Terrence. A-Line dress patterned with gold flowers was beautiful, but I didn’t understand why I felt so hesitant to wear it to school. Because the dress is too luxurious for me to wear, I also couldn’t possibly wear such a striking outfit as this dress.

I folded it back and put the dress in the box. I was still sitting with a feeling of worry. A few minutes later, Mom came in with my lunch. My mom smiled at me. I smiled at her. She sat next to me after putting the tray on the nightstand. 

“Don’t you like him, sweetie?” asked my mom confusedly. 

I shook my head, confused because I didn’t know what to do now. I know he is my second mate, but I have liked no one older than me. I need a natural feeling to accept him.
