Chapter 108

The guards were close to where he was, and Carnation was ready to be caught by them.  But, he was still really lucky no matter how unlucky his life was.  Just when the guards got there, suddenly someone pulled him inside the thick and tall plant.

 "Are you alright?"

 "Luca!"  He hugged the young man tightly as if his life depended on it.  She had no idea he'd show up like this or save her from the people who were after her.  “I’m f-fine.  You?"

 "How did you do that to me?"  curious and amazed he asked the young man.  How did it pull him from the other side, to the other side where they were?

 "That one is fake."  It pointed to the wall party of plants.  "I purposely put it so they can't find us here in the center of the labyrinth."
