Carnation couldn't say anything. She simply stood on the side of the road, staring into the eyes of the young man with his hand outstretched. She was surprised to see him here. Why is her boss standing in front of their home?

"Carnation!!" she heard her father say from inside the house. She returned her gaze to their home before turning to face Luca once more. He continued to smile at her, not lowering his outstretched hand. Carnation heard her father call her name again, but before he could reach her outside the house, Carnation reached for Luca's outstretched hand, and with quick movements, he led her into the shotgun seat, and when the young man took the wheel, he immediately pulled the vehicle away from their house.
