Chapter Thirty Eight

That no reaponse from Tristan cooled Oliver off a bit, he should bot have asked him that straight up, they had to mend their gradually broken relationship, thanks to Roth. He decided he would ask Tristan again, but for now, they both need to be in good terms. Oliver helplessly love Tristan, he could not imagine Tristan being out of his life, and can't stand the thought of him going back to Roth.

Oliver took a step back wards and sighed, his voice dropping down to its usual tone, “I am sorry. I have just always been insecure about Roth. I know you still love him,” Tristan looked up at his face in puzzlement but oliver continued speaking in a tired voice, “And I know you never loved me the way you loved him, and I know it’s not in your control but it breaks my heart, Tristan.”
