I zoomed in my eyes on the bird and felt it staring back at me. As if she was giving me a challenge to come and get her— if only I could. But when it was released, I realized my father wasn't joking about the bird. She really vanished from my eyesight. 

One moment she was there than in the other moment she wasn't. It took me five minutes alone to get used to her speed and crack through her efforts of fooling my eyes. I can see her moving her wings at a crazy speed. It was like her wings had frozen in the mid air and barely shaking under the pressure of winds. When she moved around in the atmosphere, her movement took after a stroke of paint on the canvas. 

When I scrutinized her further, it was as if her movement bore resemblance to the tail of a comet when it falls.
