My mate raised his free hand that wasn't holding me, at the people to indicate that they should resume their bustling.

We continued our walk towards the high table that was specifically placed for the Royal family, on a high podium at the center, facing the ballroom. The Queen, Pince Brice, and surprisingly Princess Alexa were already seated there, leaving two empty seats at the center of the table, that I presume to be ours, unoccupied.  

I wonder how Alexa got there before us, without coming out through the way we did. But I guess that's an obvious thing to know as various entrances are leading to the ballroom. 

Just below the podium to the right, the Alphas and their mate sat at a table. While opposite their table, to the left of the podium, sat some fashionably dressed werewolves, that look so different from the rest of the crowd.
