Chapter Fifty-Five

In no time at all, we arrive at the house Jacob took me before. The one he says that no one knows about, I told him to call it his mini hide away last time I was here.

“Is it safe for Roman to stay here, you told me you use this house so when you’re not at work, you can live a normal life where no one can follow you?” I ask looking over at him as we stop, I didn’t mean because it might be unsafe for Roman to stay here but I don’t want all of this to get in the way of Jacob being able to escape.

“I’m glad you remembered what I told you, but no I don’t have to worry about that as Roman actually isn’t staying here long term, I’ve just brought him here so you can see him” he smiles which was really nice, but also proving what a great person Jacob actually is.

“You know I’m going to thank you again don’t you?” I ask looking over at him, but he shakes his head opening up his car door.
