Media agitation

Ramir was sitting in his car awaiting the explosion that will bring his enemies into the  death's door. He had been waiting for ten minutes now but building was still standing.and he can imagine how the people inside are  still celebrating and having a good time. He pulled out again his phone and punch the number of his contact but it doesn't answer. He again try to contact the number this time it was picked up he immediately berated to the person on the other line.

"You pea brained!  Where are you?  Why did your best laid plan not accomplished?  The building is still standing! " He was so busy berating the person on the other line when he was disturbed by the knock on glass of his car window, 

"Wha... "  He was surprised to see a police officer on his window that he panicked and didn' t know what to do. Instead of openning the door or lower his window,  he started the car and escape. the police was surprised  of his react
