Chloe chuckled self-deprecatingly. "You're really very clever. No wonder Madam Leah liked you so much. You're right, I won't join forces with her because I want to save my daughter."

Chloe paused, then kindly reminded Jade, "She's a very dangerous person. You must be careful."

After hanging up, Jade turned to Owen and asked, "Have you found any clues about Chloe's daughter?"

She hadn't been idle either recently. She had been searching for Nana's whereabouts. Without the leverage to threaten Chloe, the fake Anna would have lost half her chance.

Owen nodded, his eyes bright as he looked at Jade. "We've found some leads."

"Oh?" Jade exclaimed.

Owen pointed to the surveillance footage on the computer and said, "We found that Anna often goes out at regular times, almost every week, to the same place."

Jade's heart skipped a beat. She faintly felt that the place Anna went to was where Nana was imprisoned.

"Where?" she asked.

"An abandoned warehouse.”
