Todd read the contract out loud and said, "If there are no objections, both of you can come over and sign it with your thumbprints. Whoever wins will get this agreement as proof. In addition, you have to get a guarantor’s signature as well. If the loser doesn't pay the ten million dollars, the guarantor will bear the debt instead."

Elio and Tiger both agreed. The two of them stepped forward, signed their names, and pressed their inked fingers onto the paper.

As for the guarantors, Elio’s was Sam, and Tiger’s was Theodore. Both men signed the agreement solemnly.

The arena for the fight was a large clearing in the backyard where Theodore's subordinates often trained. There were chains, weights, and two racks that held an array of weapons, including knives, spears, swords, and halberds.

Everyone came to the backyard. Elio and Tiger stood in the middle of the field, glaring at each other like wild beasts. The spectators held their breaths.
