Chapter 24 Buying a dress

Easton brought Natasha to a boutique.

From the outside, the shop looked lavish. Tall, large windows brightened up the entire shop. ‘Rose and Petals’ was written in italics at the entrance.

Easton pushed the heavy glass door open and motioned for her to enter. Natasha walked in, a little self-conscious as she looked at the immaculate saleswoman greeting them. She smiled at her awkwardly.

"Show her some dresses," Easton said in a commanding tone.

"Of course, Sir. Please have a seat." The saleswoman beckoned for him to sit on the white sofa. "This way, ma’am." She motioned for Natasha to come along.

Natasha followed the woman while Easton sat on the sofa.

The saleswoman showed her different dresses. Some were short, while the others were long gowns. Some of the dresses were far too revealing. Although everything looked fancy, nothing could grab Natasha’s attention. After turning her down more than ten times, Natasha felt awkward. The saleswoman’s disdainful look also didn’t go unnoticed
