Not one, not two!

The business meeting went smoothly for Asher, but not for me. I wasn't angry at the fact that I wasn't going to partake in the contract signing. I was angry at how Asher's mood lit up when he realized I wasn't going to be a part of the contract anymore.

During the ride home, he didn't say a word to me and I didn't also. I didn't have anything to say and even if I did, I was too angry to voice it out.

“Thanks a lot" I slammed the door shut and walked back into the house. He drove off, which I was grateful for because I didn't want him anywhere near the house.

It was still midday, so I had the chance to meet with Shaun after all. I had earlier texted him that I didn't think I was going to make it, but that wasn't going to work, because I needed something to lighten up my mood.

I took a shower because I didn't want to meet with Shaun with Asher's cologne all over me. He was extremely touchy while we were in the meeting and I resisted the urge to shun him, but I didn't want to create more
