“You think this prophecy has to do with me and Katerina don’t you?”
“Yes I do.”
So that is why she is willing to help me. She wants this prophecy completed, but it would seem that the wolves don’t.
“Why do you want this prophecy completed? Obviously the wolves do not.”
“The wolves took the prophecy as a threat. They believe this mating will be the end of everyone. I think otherwise. I believe you two will finally be the ones to take out the dark coven.”
“No pressure.”
Adelaide smiles and leaves me to my thoughts. I can’t believe what I have just learned. Hunter was right then, Katerina is powerful. More powerful than we can imagine. Probably stronger than me. I realize that if what Adelaide says is true then I need to protect her at all costs.
