I opened my eyes to see.

But I could not see anything at all.

All I could remember was feeling Cora's presence around me.

My sight had become a blur vision as I tried to see clearly.

I could see a shadow above me.

Was I still dreaming?

Or was I really awake but blind?

My blurred vision soon cleared and I saw the ceiling of a room... It seems I had been saved by someone.

"Damon... You are finally awake." I heard Cora say from my side as I got up from the bed.

"Where am I?" I asked her.

"A safe hotel owned by the family." She says to me.

"You saved me?" I asked.

"You can't remember what happened?" She says.

"What happened?" I said, holding my head.

Then I recalled how it all happened.

"My body absorbed the entire island's fire." I said looking at her and she nodded yes.
