Third Person's POV:

Mason's words hung in the air, charged with an undercurrent of lingering bitterness. "Remember that day we searched for grandmother's blood? You deceived us, Addison. Despite her critical state, you chose to lie. It's etched in my mind ever since."

Caught off guard, Addison felt as if she had been caught red-handed. She had never anticipated that Mason would uncover her deception. She realized that he wouldn't have spoken so confidently if he wasn't absolutely certain.

"How... How can you say that I lied?" Addison's curiosity and anxiety mingled in her voice as she desperately sought an explanation for his revelation.

Mason's response was laced with a hint of irony. "Isn't it obvious? I was there when you were having your wedding dress fitting, remember? You openly discussed your weight while taking your measurements. Your weight was perfectly suitable for donating blood, wasn't it?" He reminded her of a forgotten detail, leaving Addison without a plausible excuse
