JAXON’S POV

I felt disheveled, erratic, having to wait for Art to finish her stupid date with Velazquez was driving me up the wall.

‘Let’s go for a run, between your nerves and mine things could get ugly,’ suggested Ares.

‘Yea, that sounds like a good idea.’

We ran the perimeter of the island three times, and we still couldn’t get the anger and darkness to settle. I need to talk to somebody; I can’t wait any longer. Aidan, of course.
