Twenty Nine

May’s POV

By the time I settled in my new apartment at the end of the week, I was so tired I wasn’t sure I could do anything more. I sat on my couch in my black leggings, black crop tank-top and white loose Supima material top.

Right now, I felt like taking a shower and grabbing my computer to check my mails, but damn, I was tired. I haven’t been able to rest that much for a week now, all I could do was come back from work and continued with unpacking or buying stuff. This was the first time I was staying alone anyway, so I had a lot to buy.

I heard the doorbell, just as I started to stand up to go grab some water in the kitchen. My apartment was on the second floor of the building I didn’t think I would be able to live on, and it came with an elevator and a doorbell. That was one of the things that attracted me to the place.
