Fear and Questions

Xylan waited as seconds passed down into minutes and minutes into whatever hours it had become but no one came around, not even the monster she had run from.

Fear creeps into her mind as she thinks of every possibility that she might have gotten lost, or ran out into another part of the building.

What if it was a secluded area she had run to? A place where no one visited most times? What I'd no one passed by the route she ended up in?.

These questions etched at the back of her mind but she found no reasonable answers to them, she was scared that's a given but then she hoped something better would happen

She prayed silently to the moon goddess for a miracle to occur, for her to find her way out, for someone to pass by, for anyone to hear her breathe or her words

Just anything at all that night dave her out I this very spot she was, at the moment she was not scared that someone might find her neither was she scared that's some bad people might come after her, all she was scared about
