Adira decided to do something that would make her feel more miserable. She didn’t join the dining table frequently. Adira had food when Zaros was absent in the chambers. She arranged a mattress for herself to sleep on the floor in the dressing room so she doesn’t get bashed.

Her mother informed her that there would be a lady’s day. Maybe she can get some information about her husband from her sister-in-law. This way her suffering would end a little. With these little hopes, she got up and got ready for the lady’s day as a new bride.
