Chapter 30 : Boundaries

Entering the premises, the door behind her was slammed closed making Rosa almost jumped from the loud slam. She turns around and was impressed by what she has seen. The room was a lot bigger than she thought it was. Tall shelves with books packed in every tier made her almost want to giggle like a happy schoolgirl.

At that moment, she didn’t even think about her bad luck. All she could focus on was looking at each book and couldn’t wait to start reading each masterpiece. Yes, they were masterpieces alright seeing the books was all in animal skin and the material of the paper looks so old, it was definitely published before the 21st or even the 20th century. It was old.

However, she was faced with disappointment when most of the books she has flipped were not written in English. Though the writings were a cursive one and all written in ink, all she could feel was defeat when she could hardly understand what each book was about.
