Money and Jewelry

It was really anticlimactic.  He was definitely weak, and I was surprised that he thought he could best me in a fight.  The only thing I could figure is that his overinflated ego wouldn’t let him think that a woman could beat him at anything.  He leaped at me, slowly and awkwardly, giving me ample time to position myself to counter.  I caught him around the waist, turned him and snapped his neck in one smooth move.  There was no fight and no grappling.  It was over so quickly I surprised myself.  I had expected more.

I spent the next twenty minutes going through the home and trashing it, pulling out the money and jewelry that I could find and bagging it up into a beach tote I found in one of the spare bedrooms.  I was trying to make it look like a burglary and I think I did a pretty good job.  I figured I would give the money and jewelry to some of his victims to put towards their new lives and healing.  I
