Sebastián's Pov.

As the Boss, I loved to lead by example so I could always have a justified conscience whenever I fired any of the employees for late coming and unseriousness, only those who worked at the organization's company and businesses as employees were usually fired because they had no idea of the Organization's management and what it's modus operandi was.

Whilst bad behaviour, insubordination, theft, and treachery by the direct Organization's employees was met with stricter and harsher punishments depending on how severe and important the offense was, if it was a simple offense such as insubordination, the punishment was usually just a slap on the wrist, it wasn't as magnanimous as that of treachery which was sometimes met with incredibly painful whipping which could leave open fresh cuts in the recipients body as the whips are tied with iron thorns.
