Arriving at work with an unremovable smile plastered on my face and happily replying the greetings of my staff's was something I had never ever done before since I took over the management of the chains of companies we owned as the Executive Director and C.E.O. But today, I smiled and answered to virtually all the staff's that I walked passed on my way to my private elevator. I even engaged in small talks with some of the employees, and when it was time for lunch, I ordered my secretary to announce to everyone that they could have whatever they wanted no matter their position and rank, everyone should go out for lunch and take whatever they want in whatever quantity they choose. It was all on the company.
