Chapter 14

 Blaze who was at the door rushed back in, concerned: "You ok?"

"There's some band-aid at the drawer over there." Pluto pointed a direction and signal Blaze to go get it.

Pluto, on the other hand, moved from his seat and kneeled beside Everly. Looking at the bead of blood formed on her arm, Pluto felt his throat went dry. Everly's skin was as white as snow, even if it was only the tiniest bead of blood, the contrast between red and white was very obvious. He caught a faint sweet scent lingering in the air seconds ago, with him being up close he could feel the scent grow stronger.

Pluto instantly feel regret, he unconsciously gulped, his eyes glued to Everly's arm. 

Everly could feel a burning gaze from Pluto, when he grabbed her by the wrist she almost jumped: "Pl-Pluto?"

Her soft voice pulled him back from his trance, Pluto looked up and saw Everly looking at him, her golden eyes were still bright and clear but they're layered by concern
