Chapter 47
Stella’s POV
I sat anxiously waiting for Cole to return. Slade could sense my nervousness and started to kick.
“It’s okay baby boy daddy will be fine.” She said grabbing her stomach and looking down.
She could send herself there and see what was going on, but she had made a promise to Cole not to use her abilities anymore while pregnant. She would not betray his trust.
I will just go back up to the nursery and keep folding clothes. Maybe it will keep my mind occupied so that I do not worry so much about Cole.
I hear the door slam downstairs. I use the crib as leverage to pull myself up. This whole moving thing is getting harder and harder.

Cole POVAt first, I thought Stella peed herself when the liquid gushed out of her. She had stood and grabbed her stomach in pain.
