Chapter 11

Dean’s POV-

This is dumb. I know deep down it’s the right thing to do, but it’s still dumb. I’m driving back to base silently with Alec and Zander, of all people, in my car. I can just imagine the look on my dad’s face if he sees me walking in with these guys. He’s always hated the wolves and has tried to instill it in me that I can never trust a wolf. For the most part I haven’t had any major issues, I just never really liked them. Alec acted like a spoiled little prick when I first met him and Zander Jackson goes with everything Alec says like a little lap dog. Ok maybe not that extreme but pretty close. I guess being a beta will do that to you. Alec caught me off guard when he yelled at me, even more so because he made sense. It actually seemed like he gave a damn about what was going on and wasn’t just sent on this mission by his daddy. Color me surprised. And then he had to go and open his big fat mouth.
