When Arya went for her run I stayed in the back of her mind and let her have her fun. I have been taking the driver's seat often now it was her turn. She needed this. To know that her mates were not injured after the fight. I know they told her they were fine but just like me, she needed to see it with her own eyes. I let her have her fun, which I am pretty sure included fucking her mates several times before she let me have control again. I am not comfortable, yet knowing about what they do.
