“Come have a seat,” Drake said, with a serious expression. I began to wonder why he changed his expression so soon.

He walked back to his desk and sat down, with his gaze on a file.

I slowly walked over to the chair which was near the office window and sat down quietly. I guess I came at a time when he was busy with his work, though he never said so.

I wish I knew how to react, now that I have her here in my office. The moment she appeared in my office, the only thing ringing in my head was to kiss and hug her tightly. But I instantly got rid of the urge to do so. Doing that will only get him startled.
