“What are you talking about, Keira? What do you mean, you're not coming back to work or the house?”

“Elena, I know this is confusing for you, but Drake was right. Someone had begun to put an eye on me. I would rather not get you in trouble. I would never forgive myself if something terrible should happen to you because of me.”
