Anya
Twigs crunch under our feet as we walk under the tower of trees surrounding us like giants. The leaves stretch out like they created their dome and keep the woodland from the eyes of the sky, which results in us barely seeing anything in this dark forest. Sadie told me that I shouldn’t use flashlights because some residents and security guards might notice and kick us out.
I stumble a few times but I redeem myself right away. Sadie decides to walk slowly in front of me so I can walk carefully without worrying that I could lose her.
We are walking for, I don’t know, a few MILES and I feel quite tired. I am carrying the heaviest bag on my back which is trying to pull me downwards. “Are we there yet?”
“Close,” Sadie said so I kept fighting. Afte

Anya Every twigs and rock that I pass by I tend to pick it up. It wasn’t that hard finding them on the ground. Some sticks are long, some thick, and some have a fresh leaf sticking out from the stem connected to it, while some rocks I found are round and some are flat. I only grab ones that I can pocket in Sadie’s shorts while some sticks I found that can’t fit but are needed are on the ground, being kicked around by me. When I think that I have enough sticks and stones, I proceed to go back to our camping ground, which is not that far here. “Hey,” I said when I’m close to the tent. "I found some sticks stones laying around here. It was quite a lot but I think it's best we are sure we got what we need." Then I noticed that Sadie was nowhere to be found. I kick the sticks forward with me and stop when they are right in front of our green
SadieI watch the flames dance over the decaying bodies of the wood as they slowly turn to ash. The fire cackles as it keeps growing stronger. While I, a human, feel the warmth it gives and helps me not shiver much in this dark cold night. Hmm, it just goes to show that death can have its purpose. And I make sure that mine will be very helpful to those around me.I look up and see Anya just staring at the fire, watching it move like it’s entertaining us at the bar--not gonna lie the way this fire move is so sexy that if it’s a human woman I would fuck it.
Sadie And after that: silence. Again. A-fucking-gain. Anya is just staring at the fire most of the time, and I can sense that the heat of the fire is turning her cheeks red. Is that how nature works? Biology? Well, fuck school. The nature sounds seem calming but I don’t want Anya to feel this uncomfortable I clear my throat. “Look,” I said after gulping down my third bite of smores--I can’t finish them all with my companion feeling…not alright. Finally, I caught her attention with this. “I don’t know if I should ask thisbutI would rather cut off this silence instead of watching poor innocent lives slowly dying for our sake.” She cocks her head to the side and looks at me with fu
Anya I enter the tent with the corners of my cheeks pulled up to a smile, and it just stays there like there’s a pin that holds them in place. This night started with conflict but I am so glad that it did not stay that way. The corny jokes from Sadie got me through the night. After I fix my sleeping bag, I just lay down for a while and smile at the roof of the tent as if they’re the stars or Sadie’s jokes. Or Sadie’s cute face. I push away the thoughts. Please don’t do that,I told myself. Though I hate to admit that her face did make me smile. I look to my side, where Sadie might sleepbeside me…I can feel my cheeks warm.
Sadie Sadie, you can do it. Just jump!I can hear the voices in my head cheer but this one voice of mine disagrees with the rest and is trying to shout louder than the crowds which leaves me a little undecided. You don’t wanna leave Anya there. And It’s true: I don’t. But she knows already. She has my phone and my password, and she’s probably watching them right now. I have to get this over with before she catches me here. Half of my feet are now on the edge of the cliff, as I watch little rocks falling. I can barely see the ground from here—The beautiful trees are almost covering it.Well, at least I
SadieAt 4:30 am, we packed everything and took a walk from here downwards--which is a longer walk than up the hill well, at least we are not going to walk a steep path up or we might die here. I am worried about Anya. She barely slept, and I know it’s because of me. I keep telling her that we can stop for a while but we only do so whenever we make raw s'mores—s'mores minus the burning of marshmallows in the fire—to amplify our energy. I already contacted our first destination and I’m surprised she was awake when I did. So this plan, according to the mastermind who created it, is called “OPERATION: BUILD YOUR WORLD” which she took from my notebook and I was pretty embarrassed when I found out she saw it.“Don’t worry. I find your planet very wow.” She said. I don’t know what that means but it’s better not to know. I made this “planet” thing at 14 years old and embarrassingly, I am still filling up the list.So she plans to get us away from our problems and “create” the planet I made
On the other side of the world, Last year, Georgia and Sadie were finalizing their research paper in Georgia's place while getting drunk since her mom was away for another local hairstyling competition. Georgia hates it whenever her mom is gone for long since she has to be the one in charge of their hairstyling business. But not now, for she has Sadie. After finalizing their research, they sit on the floor cross-legged as they play games while drinking. "Drink responsiiiiblyyyyyy!" Sadie shouts out as their bottle clanks together in the air before they start chugging. It's her first time drinking—Georgia is 19 while Sadie will be 18 next year, "But it's just one year left, so why not enjoy it?" Georgia told her. Besides, Sadie is excited about drinking anyway, so she can't control the peer pressure. "Just for this time, we can drink again next year." That is what they both agreed on. Sadie says 'drink responsibly' in replacement for cheers when they first drank the bottle. When Geo
Chapter 26 Anya My dream continues with me fighting the Linch and his skeleton goons with Uncle Grandpa, Fin, Jake, and Pizza Steve, who is riding Giant Realistic Flying Tiger while shooting guns up from the sky. After I take down a few enemies, a familiar voice calls out to me. "Anya! Watch out!" Huh? I turn around, and before I know it, the Linch King is firing his green fire at me. I thought that was the end of me until someone pushed me out of the way. My back hit the ground, but my eyes are still on the Linch. I can see him being defeated by all powers and weapons of the people combined. I turn my head to see who saved me. It was Sadie in a dress, a long skirt on the bottom, and a metal chest plate on top. With a golden sword in her right, she reaches her left arm out to me. When I take it, she pulls me up, and her hand slowly slides down to my waist. "Are you alright, my beloved queen?" "Q-queen?" I'm so starstruck by what I see—her beautiful face—that I can't produce words
