I carefully placed her on the bed and walked out of the room after stealing a glance one last time.

I went out of the room and there was Radike at the door.

"Finally..." she exclaimed.

"Why?" I asked her feeling confused.

"You've been in that room for ages" she said.

"Who now asked you to leave?" I asked her even though I knew why she left.

"Well, I was trying to give you two some time alone. Matthew went with Tunde to get food and I've been standing here alone." She complained.

"I don't know what you want me to tell you o. I really don't." I said to her. This was just funny banter and nothing serious.

"Rest please!" She said and tried to go into the room. I blocked her

"My dear, she's sleeping." I said.

"Okay, thanks for relaying that piece of information to me. Can I go in now?" She asked.

I liked the friendship between me and Radike. It was quite chaotic but fun at the same time. We could throw multiple jabs at each other but we knew we weren't being serious and
