"What is happening here?" Femi said, coming into the patio.

"I was just gisting with our new wife. She's amazing by the way. I wonder how God saw you worthy." His mother said.

My jaw dropped. That was such a drag. "Well I asked God that everyday mom. She's unreal." He said and smiled at me.

"Anyways Amarachi my darling can you go inside so I can have a chat with your husband." She asked.

"Oh sure." I said and got up. Femi kissed my cheek and I went in to greet his father.

Ama went to the patio with my mother while I stayed inside with my dad after dinner. He said he wanted to speak with me on something.

I sat with my dad in the living room with a wine glass in my hand.
